Operator and acceptance
Local Dev Kit is a free developer-tools service operated by Sriharsha V Vedurada in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By using the website or a tool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Using the utility
The tools are intended for authorized development, administration, interoperability, and recovery work. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to generate, convert, download, or deploy each configuration or key you process.
Security responsibility
Private keys are sensitive credentials. Work on copies, verify fingerprints before replacing keys, restrict downloaded-file permissions, and follow the security, rotation, backup, and incident-response policies that apply to your systems.
Compatibility and verification
The tools support only the algorithms, formats, protection profiles, conversion rules, and work limits stated in their interfaces. A successful authenticated conversion does not guarantee that a third-party product accepts the resulting algorithm, size or curve, encryption state, or import process. Test outputs and compare public fingerprints before relying on them.
Prohibited use
Do not use the utility to access systems without authorization, evade security controls, violate law, or interfere with the rights or services of another person or organization.
No warranty
The service is provided free of charge on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that a conversion, diagnosis, generated key, explanation, download, or compatibility assessment is complete, error-free, secure for every environment, or suitable for a particular purpose. You must review, test, back up, and independently verify outputs before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of credentials, configuration, access, data, profits, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Availability and external services
Features, supported formats, and availability may change or be withdrawn. Links to external documentation or services are provided for convenience; those services operate under their own terms and policies.
Governing law, contact, and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over disputes relating to the service. Questions may be sent to [email protected]. Material changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date before they apply.
